Refund and Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

30-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

Return obligation and tracking

Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For example, if it goes beyond the sort of handling that might reasonably be allowed in a shop. We will deduct this amount from the value of the refund.

It is buyer's responsibility to ensure the goods being successfully returned back to the return address 160 Lower Breck road, Liverpool L6 0AQ.

If the goods is lost during transit (according to tracking delivered to non return address / no update in tracking for 10 days), no refund will be issued.

Warranty sticker and return reminder

If warranty stickers are removed or damaged, the return case will be reported to ebay for investigation. If you believe the item is faulty, please return, DO NOT open card or attempt to tamper with warranty stickers. Once warranty sticker is removed or damaged, the item might have been swapped with faulty one for fraudulent return, or core and components might have been damaged when the item is opened. And because of that item cannot be returned to our supplier for repair if warranty sticker is removed or damaged. The terms apply similarly when buying a new one from ASUS/Gigabyte/MSI, manufacturers will refuse repair or replacing if warranty stickers were found removed or damaged. Fraudulent scammers will be reported to authorities without tolerance.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at info@gpuhub.co.uk to initiate the return process.

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  • Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided.

  • Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Our right to reduce your refund

Please note that we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. For example, if you have opened the packaging of a product and as a result we cannot re-sell the product at full price.
